He had worked under the leadership of Pavel Kožík before Proxenta was even founded, and after its establishment, he was one of the first brokers to sell its products. In 2012, he helped to build a sales team at Proxenta that is still operating almost unchanged. The stability and cohesion of the sales team makes him, as its director, justifiably proud.
