We are building the new Stockerka residential project in Devínska Nová Ves, close to the Štokeravská vápenka nature reserve. Four blocks of flats will be residential, with the fifth dedicated to public amenities.
A large park and a multifunctional playground will be built in the vicinity of the project.
The size and composition of the housing units, as well as the exterior supporting the formation of a functioning community, as well as the proximity of the forest, predetermine the project for permanent housing.
Residential project
The large-scale residential project in Devínska Nová Ves is located in an attractive location with beautiful countryside, very good recreational opportunities, and excellent infrastructure. A total of 275 flats and apartments will be built in four blocks of flats. A restaurant is planned in the fifth building.
